    IC test socket (test socket) is a standard test equipment that tests the electrical performance and electrical connection of ic devices to check manufacturing defects and components.
    Now the IC test socket is currently mainly used in Failure Analysis, Burn-In Test, Engineering Test, and Production Test.
    So, Classification by purpose,the IC test socket have Failure Analysis function test socket, IC Burn In Test Socket, Engineering Test socket for IC designing, Production Test socket for QC and QA.
