How to produce the IC burn in socket/adapter

Customized product process flow



1.    Get the customer’s requirement;
2.    Salesman send the information to Chief engineer for getting feasibility and quotation.
3.    When customer confirm this case and pay the deposit, the financial department will inform the chief engineer to go on this case. The chief engineer will send the information to design office and ask them make the DWG/PDF drawing and BOM list. Then feedback will go to chief engineer for confirmation. Finally, the engineer will ask the customer to confirm the drawing too. When they confirm this product meets their needs,it will go to next.
4.    The design department will ask the CNC programmer to make the CNC program drawing and ask the material department prepare the Raw Materials.  (for the customized tooling/mold case,the chief engineer will arrange its production.)
5.    Injection molding department: when the mold and material check well,these are delivered to the plastic injection department for plastic body and related parts fabrication.(About the material,the plastic particle and spring or pogo Pins are checked by IQC. About the mold check, when it is ok, the molding engineer will check its quality and will check it when it work in the sample process.when find the mold problem , they will use the mirror spark machine to correct it.).
CNC department: When the CNC program is ok,it will send to CNC machine for test.then wait the molding or conventional plastic part coming for drilling hole and other Graphical CNC production.(CNC check will be worked by the 2D graphic machine).
6.    When all check over and the result ok,these parts will go to the assembly room for intalling.(assembly worker check this socket by microscope).
7.    Finally, QC system check will be run as the FEMA shown.
